Quotation from Neeva Impex
On approval of the quotation, we process the sample as per the buyer’s requirement.
Sample courier cost to be borne by the importer/buyer (sample is free).
On approval of the sample, the seller issues a Proforma Invoice & Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
The importer/buyer issues a Letter of Intent (LOI) and signs the FCO.
The importer issues a confirmed purchase order and pays an advance (negotiable as per the deal).
Once the advance is received, we start the production, packaging, and labeling process.
Neeva Impex will provide photos & videos with your company name during processing and at the final packaging state.
Once the importer/buyer confirms all photos & videos, the remaining payment (full or partial) is released as per the FCO.
We then stuff all material into the container and arrange local transportation to the Indian port as advised by the importer.
The importer/buyer receives photos & videos of the container, including the container number & seal number.
Once custom clearance is completed and the container is loaded onto the vessel, the remaining payment will be cleared as per the FCO.
Once full payment is received, we will provide all required documents to the importer/buyer via bank or courier as per their request.
Once all documents are confirmed by the buyer, our responsibility for the documentation process is completed.
After the goods reach the importer/buyer’s destination, they will verify all goods.
If the importer finds any dissatisfaction with the material, Neeva Impex will try to resolve all issues in the best possible way.
